Can you confirm my renewal upgrade has gone through? I pressed the renew button twice and I did not receive a message/receipt that the transaction was complete. Please advise.

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and associated email address that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade, to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > Store > My Upgrades and renew any upgrades.
What do you see at these two locations please?
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
Dashboard > Store Billing History -
Your Upgrade was successfully renewed and is valid through 2015-12-12, so you’re good to go:
