  yesterday i am trying to register new domain then i am pay via axis titanium card
  its doesn’t pay to WordPress then how to pay and which type of card are acceptable on WordPress.

  PayPal is WordPress.com’s payment processor https://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/

  And here is the list of countries that PayPal accepts payment from https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/docs/classic/api/country_codes/

  If your credit card is not accepted, there are suggestions on how to pay at the bottom of the WPcom support document.
