  I live in Pakistan,Karachi,I want to pay the required amount by cheque or payorder or any designated place or tell me any other method to make payment.

  WordPress.com accepts payments by major credit cards from approved countries and PayPal supported countries.

  WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ Pakistan is not a supported country.
