  hi,

  I want to stop paying for the premium service for 1001livres.fr. That domain is no longer in wordpress.com.

  I fallowed your methodes and it doesn’t work … Help please

  There is a domain mapping upgrade through WordPress.com for 1001livres.fr, but it is not under your account. In order to stop paying for the premium service and mapping for that domain, you’ll need to be logged in under the account associated with the upgrade.

  Alternatively, you can have the owner of that account post here to verify ownership, and I would be happy to assist in stopping payment.

  I see what you are saying. Our system is saying that the nameservers of 1001livres.fr is pointing to WordPress.com, but that does conflict with the Whois records and Domain Helper. I’ll look into this and report back what I find.
