  Help , i am trying to pay the payment for the domain EricIzMine once again this year and as last year i am having issues again. it tells me to contact the administrator which i am on the account. i need to know how to get this paid again so there are no issues. I went into stores and it is not listed there. i clicked on the pop up and it tell me i cannot pay. Please advise. thank you kristie yamber

  you have the classic symptoms of not being the upgrade owner – is there another account that might have been used to buy the upgrade?

  A whois does not show you as the owner of the domain name

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the ericizmine.com domain.

  So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to renew the ericizmine.com domain registration.

  You are likely to have this issue every year until you regain access to the account that owns the domain, I’m afraid.
