  I need to pay my annual fee for my website, but when I click on it, the site keeps sending me to ‘upgrade’ and I am not getting a page where I can just pay the regular fee without upgrading.

  What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the wordpress.COM hosted site you refer to please?

  And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site and purchased upgrades for it?

  There aren’t any upgrades associated with this website or account – https://drchristauriawelland2.wordpress.com. Do you have another WordPress.com account? Let me know the address of the site and I can take a look.

  Something strange happened with the renewal for this domain – bostonmedicalservicesghana.org – but the good news is we can renew it manually instead. I’ve just sent you a manual payment form via email. Let me know if you didn’t get it.
