  Hi, we pay for our website and email through ipage but we apparently bought the webpage through wildwest domains who said to contact wordpress. We forgot to pay ipage so our website and emails are down – we’ve now paid ipage who said things should be back up and running in 24 hours but we should contact wildwest domains and in turn WordPress – we’re not sure why but PLEASE HELP! THANKS!!!

  Please be aware that there are pages of threads wherein bloggers who posted days before you did have been waiting patiently for Staff assistance. Staff deal with the threads by addressing those with the earliest dates first. Please be patient.

  Hi there, thank you for letting us know … as an update I have tried to follow the steps set out by yourselves by going to “the store” and upgrading the domain but when i get to the “My Upgrades” section there is nothing there to upgrade so we are now totally in the dark. We are a small and young UK business and really need someones help, a second day without our email access and website running will prove extremely difficult.

  It sounds like this account isn’t the one that set up the blog in the first place. Admins, ie the account that set up the blog, can see the Upgrades page.

  we have an admin login as well but i thought this was our admin login as we can see the dashboard?
