  Hi there,

  In order to change your credit card information, you can go to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard, and there will be an “Update Credit Card link” that you can click to update your information.

  I checked the account you are contacting us from and there is no active upgrade so your credit card is currently not on file. We only keep the card on file when you have auto-renew enabled for your subscription.
