  I’m afraid the only way to pay is as the link Supernovia sent you yesterday. I doubt they post out Invoices. I think you have to print or save the details included on the payment screen.

  Payment Methods
  For payment, we accept all major credit and debit cards, and you can also pay directly through your PayPal account.
  We cannot accept checks, cash, purchase or money orders, or any payment that must be mailed, and we cannot accept payment over the phone.

  Right, while I could technically make an invoice, it would still need to be paid with a credit card or paypal.
