  I have just created the WordPress account, and have selected the complete service, which will cost like $99 IF I don’t cancel it in the next 48 hours.
  I want to cancel it, but I cannot find the link in where I can do this.
  Could you please help me to cancel the payment method, before these 48hours?

  Hi Érica, I went ahead and canceled and refunded your $99 upgrade. Let me know if you need help with anything else.

  the $99 came on my credit card account. Why? Didn’t you cancel it to me?
  I am worried now, because I will not be able to pay it!!!

  Hi there, the $99 charge went through at the time of the purchase, there is no way for us to undo that charge, only process the refund. It usually takes 1-2 weeks for the refund to be posted on your account.
