    Trying to pay for business edition…nothing wrong with my company credit card details so why wont the payment go through? Is there a number I can call?

  • Hi there,

    I checked your account and noticed that we’re receiving a 10486 error from Paypal. This usually occurs when your billing address is entered incorrectly. When this error occurs, Paypal’s API documents mentions:

    Using the existing token, redirect the customer back to PayPal to select a different funding source or to add a new funding source. See this How To guide for more information.

    All you need to do is click purchase again and fill in the correct billing details in your PayPal account when prompted (or maybe login to PayPal first and update it).

    Thanks for info. I would rather just pay using a credit card…but this wasnt working either. I checked the company credit card details with my accounts team and there are no problems this end. Is there another way of paying??

    Hi Darnell,

    I have tried multiple time on the credit card payment page, not paypal. we did give paypal a go, but I am using my directors company credit card and so would rather just pay using those details. We do not have a company paypal account and I shouldn’t really be adding her card details to my personal paypal. Is there a number I could call to make the payment? I am on a bit of a deadline. I need to get the site up and running with all the content in 3 weeks time, and I can’t do this until I have full functionality which business edition gives.

    Hi Darnell,

    Panic Over….after being assured it was not a problem with my directors card…it ended up being a problem with my directors card!

    I have purchased the premium theme to see how we get on. although I have not yet received the confirmation email to my work email address which I set up when subscribing to premium

  • Haha! Good to hear that you were able to purchase the subscription!

    Have you checked your spam folder to see if the confirmation email was there? Many of the times our emails end up in our users spam folder. Let me know if you still have trouble finding it.
