  My card was charged on 8/8/16 €299 but I don’t have the business package to use.

  On the invoice it shows my details as (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  The name of my site was changed from novelties to noveltales.

  Hi there,

  Our records show that the refund was issued two days ago, on 10 August, but it might take a few days before the refund will appear in your account. If you go to the Billing History page you will see a receipt for the refund containing a PayPal transaction number for the particular transaction.
