So, just to be clear, you are trying to renew that upgrade? Or is the upgrade going to autorenew and you do NOT want to pay for it?

We pay $129 yearly and want to keep doing so for the domain name, etc. Auto-renewing is fine. I can login in under user sha****mel to pay, but would she be the owner now? Just checking. Tks.

Yes, you will need to log in as that other user if you want to renew the upgrade. They are the upgrade owner.

If you would like to transfer upgrade ownership to the account that you are posting from, I can help you do that. I will just need you to log in as the sha****mel account and post here to this forum thread making the request to transfer ownership to the yaovp account.

Can you have more than one upgrade owner?

If not, we will make payment from the account mentioned above. I will no longer be at that work location so it wouldn’t make sense to transfer the ownership back to me solely. I was the initial creator/owner of the blog and just last month transferred the ownership to the account above. Thanks!

I’m afraid there can only be a single upgrade owner.

Generally, if a site is for a company or organization, the best plan is to have a central account using an email address that is not connected to any one person. That way changes in staffing or membership will not cause issues for your site or upgrades.
