    I cancelled the payment on my card by accident because I didn’t recognise the name but I have called up the bank and it has now been payed for, however my site has been deleted and I don’t know what to do or how to get it back.

    Hi there,

    Your site has not been deleted, but if we receive a chargeback we suspend the site until the issue is resolved. The process is explained here:

    Chargebacks & Disputes

    According to our records the payment was refunded to you and we were fined for the chargeback, so you will need to pay the chargeback fee appearing on your checkout page and purchase your plan again. After you’ve done that, let me know and I can restore your domain.
