  Trying to make a payment for my domain through PayPal but it is not going through keeps going back to the upgrade page. so i made an upgrade but still same thing. I hope it hasn’t gone through 4x that I’ve tried.

  Hi there,

  It looks like PayPal had blocked all your payment attempts except for the last one. So, you were only charged once.

  As to why the payments were blocked, you’ll need to contact PayPal as they don’t provide that information to us.
