    I am a US citizen and want to upgrade in dollars, paying $99, not 99 Euros, but it sees my computer is in Germany and wants to charge me Euros. How do I change this?

    Also, quite frankly, I want to ask the owners of this site this question, if they want payment, I don’t appreciate the help being directed to public forums.

    The currency that appears on your account is determined by the IP address you used when you created your account, which in your case was in Germany. We have no way of knowing the nationality of someone when they create an account.

    I have updated your account to USD, so you should now be able to pay in that currency when you upgrade.
