We have absolutely no history of sites, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
What, specifically, are you trying to renew?
-
-
That site belongs to a different account here, not the one you’re currently logged in under.
I recommend logging out of WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/me first, then logging back in under the email address that these emails are being sent to.
If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
Once you’re logged in under the correct account, you can renew these from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

I can get logged in but the site keeps telling me I have no site with your company. The record indicates no payments ever received ,
Sorry but i am lost!Thanks

You are logged in as the username,
welldigger385.welldigger385doesn’t own any sites, and has never purchased anything from us. You can see the email address associated with this account at https://wordpress.com/me/accountThe domain, blackfootpumpservice.com, belongs to a different username, associated with a different email address.
If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access.

The site keeps reverting to welldigger385 when I log in even tho I use (email visible only to moderators and staff) as my e mail or user name. It just changes over to welldigger385 on its own. (email visible only to moderators and staff) is my other e mail and likely the owner of blackfootpumpservice.com. could you check

The two emails you posted here are the same, and it’s the email associated with your
waterman385account.The email address for the other account is something completely different.
If you don’t remember what the email address for the other account is, please complete our account recovery form. We cannot tell you the other account’s email here in the forums, nor can we provide any hints as to what that email is.
The only way we can tell you the email address and help you access the other account, is if you provide verification of ownership first via our account recovery form.

Hello there,
Do you have access any and all email inboxes that may be in use with WordPress.com?
If yes, have you tried resetting the passwords via this link: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword ?
Many thanks.
-
I do have access to the only two e mails that would have been used and i have reset the password successfully. It still keeps taking me back to “you have no sites with us” I am confused as you have all my information but show no connection to my site. Your site had to be involved with me prior to this problem for you to have that info. At any rate I am not having success recovering my site and direly need it operational. It currently says the site is parked, donrt know what that means either
Thanks
-
Hi there!
The domain has expired some time ago. Expired domains do not work so that’s why you see that the domain is parked.
You mentioned that you had none of the things the account recovery form asks for. You did pay for the domain from your other account. So you will be able to locate the transaction ID on your credit card statement (Here’s how).
Please take your time to locate the transaction ID for your payment to WordPress.com for the domain that expired. Once you’ve located it, you can send it to us using the account recovery form here or email us directly at
passwordhelp@wordpress.com.It’s important that you do not post the transaction ID here on this forum.
Once you’ve sent us the transaction ID via the form or via email, we’ll get back to you shortly to help you log in to the correct account.
Regards
