  I intend to purchase my new domain through WordPress with 18US$, so it this payment is including the hosting and building at WordPress ? I must know before purchase, otherwise please explain.

  You must build the site yourself, but wordpress;com can do this for you, https://wordpress.com/built-by-wordpress-com/

  Hi there,

  Hosting is provided for free on WordPress.com. All our paid upgrades are for additional features on top of our hosting.

  The $18 cost for the domain will just give you ownership of the domain, and the domain will redirect to your free WordPress.com address.

  If you want your site to appear at the domain instead of the free address, then you’ll also need one of our paid plans. Note that if you buy an annual plan, the domain registration is included for free, and you’ll pay extra for the annual domain renewal from year two.

  Thank you for your information, now I got it. So 18 US$ for owning the domain and then upgrading yearly plan for hosting on Worpress. So if I have another domain that I already owned through Dodaddy.com how can I build it in WordPress, I mean how to connect it on WordPress.

  Please let me if there is any videos for learning WordPress, at least the basic topics.

  You have two options, both requiring a plan, same as if you register a new domain:

  1) You can leave the domain registered at GoDaddy, and connect it here using our Domain Connection upgrade:

  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

  There’s no extra cost to do this besides the plan, and you can connect as many domains as you want on the same site.

  2) You can transfer the domain registration to us. If you buy an annual plan, you can use the free domain included in the plan to either buy a new domain, or transfer an existing domain, and a transfer will also renew the domain for an additional year.

  If you’ve already used the free domain for another domain, adding a second domain via a transfer costs extra – $18 for a .com, for example.
