  I have been wanting to cancel my subscription as I do not use this domain anymore, and the payment was due on 6/12/2021 but I got charged today and I would like a refund, I was charged $153.87 and I would like a refund as I have stopped using it and the transaction was completed earlier than promised and expected

  @norakamal2009 – We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  Additionally, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.
