Hello
To get the refund please refer to this Support page here: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#how-to-get-a-refund
Note that After processing, refunds usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statementAlso, I will tag this thread for staff assistance, they would get back to asap.

Hi @hannahgrahamgla, I can see you’ve disputed the charge before reaching out. Disputes tend to take a while to resolve, and in the meantime the transaction is essentially frozen; we can’t process a refund while it’s in that status.
Can you contact the bank to cancel the dispute? Once that’s done we can refund it for you.

Hi @supernovia
I have now cancelled this with PayPal – apologies I thought that was the correct procedure.
Thanks alot

Hi there,
Great, thank you for reversing the dispute with PayPal. It takes a little while before we see that change on our end, so I’ve set a reminder to check back on this transaction, and once I can confirm we see the reversal on our end, we’re happy to refund directly.
Thanks for your patience!

Hi again,
I can see that the transaction has finally been reversed based on what we show on our end. I have issued a refund for £51.
You can expect to see the funds in your account in the next 7-10 business days, and can see a receipt confirming this refund here: https://wordpress.com/me/billing
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
