  What is going on? My sponsor informs me the payment to you of £20 in addition to the $99 dollars yesterday but now the account is still showing as owing $99. I would have thought you would have cancelled the ‘fine’ due to the nature of the circumstances as a goodwill gesture. Nevertheless it was paid without complaint and I still do not have my services. Sort it out or refund everything and I will go elsewhere.
