  Hi, I’m interested in creating a blog site and I am interested in the 25€ per month option. Is there a way to pay monthly instead of paying 300€ before I even started?

  All WordPress.com upgrades are billed yearly. WordPress.com does not offer monthly billing at this time.
  But purchases made on WordPress.com can be canceled and refunded during the refund period. More information on refunds can be found at https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
