  i want to buy membership but it takes all year and i dont have that much money right now can i pay like every month ?

  All plans have to be paid annually in advance. But you’ve got a new account less than a day old and a virtually empty site. I’m curious, as someone with a free plan for eight years, what feature in an upgraded plan do you already feel is important to you?

  For uploading videos it needs to be upgraded and im working on it to make changes day by day .. so is there any option to pay monthly ???

  All WordPress.com plans are billed yearly, in one payment. We don’t provide the option to pay monthly.

  For uploading videos it needs to be upgraded

  Correct — VideoPress is included with WordPress.com Premium and WordPress.com Business plans. Without a plan, you can embed videos from popular services. There is more information here:
