  There are no purchases listed on the WordPress.com account you are logged in to (jhallhcv). Are the emails asking you to renew a purchase? If so, which site is the purchase for?

  Let me know and we’ll go from there.

  Are you referring to hallscustomvintage.wordpress.com?

  The purchases for that site are owned by the user, lindacluxton — only the owner can manage purchases so you will need to speak to them about renewal.

  Going forward, if you wanted to manage the purchases yourself, you could ask lindacluxton to transfer ownership of the domain to your WordPress.com account. There is more information and some instructions on this support document:
