    I was shocked to see that i was still paying for this subscription. I wasn’t aware that i was still being charged automatically and the increase to 36 pounds instead of 30. I would like to speak to someone in regards to this asap – If someone can contact me on [redacted] or on an email (email visible only to moderators and staff) to discuss the above as i was very disappointed to see i was still paying for this without being consulted of the increase and the ability to still renew the payment without my authorisation. Please contact me about this.

    The last charge I see on the account you’re using to post here was in January 2021. You can see the receipt for that payment in your billing history page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    I see you have now cancelled that upgrade, so you won’t be charged again.

    All WordPress.com upgrades renew automatically, either yearly or monthly. You agreed to this when you accepted our terms of service and renewal policy when buying your upgrade. You can disable auto-renewal or cancel your upgrades at any time from the Purchases page.

    We notified you of the pricing increase prior to the January 2019 renewal, via an email that was sent on 24 December 2018. We’ve also emailed you 30 days prior to every renewal of your plan since you bought it in 2017, and we sent you receipts via email after completion of each renewal payment as well. If you didn’t receive those emails, it’s possible they were flagged as spam by your email provider.
