  I have been paying for wordpress since 2016, for a different email. I keep the payments going even when I wasn’t active figuring I would come back. Now I am back, I cannot access my account, to get help I had to create a new account. I have been paying $$90 per year. Can I please get some assisstance or a refund?

  Do you know the URL of the site which is being paid for? This will help to track down the account.

  Failing that, can you tell me if you’re able to locate a transaction ID: https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id of the charges?
