There is no secure payments system here at WordPress.COM and you cannot add a shopping cart to sites hosted by WordPress.COM regardless of upgrades. You can only run it only on a WordPress.ORG, installing your site on a paid hosting.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Please create your own responses rather than copying and pasting mine into support forum threads as if they are your own words, without attribution to me. If you prefer to use quotes and backlinks that would be okay.

I agree it is best practice to link to the thread where some text has previously been used in a reply. The formats provided by timethief are a great start. There may be other helpful details and advice in that thread that could be helpful.
I do not think any ill harm was meant, but rather wwwordpr was simply trying to help out a fellow WordPress.com user. Which is what it’s all about – A community for folks to seek help and learn from each other.

I am an actual Volunteer ie. I am a person who does not have any intention of ever being on Staff. My copy and paste answers are often from published content on my blogging tips site (now archived), and quoting myself without attribution works well for me, as I am visually challenged and I struggle to focus so I can read.
However, there are at least 3 new volunteers copying and pasting my copy and paste answers. I object to that. It’s clear to me that to me that wwwordpr, cothen and pavanraheja are all Staff wannbes and that’s cool. Best wishes to them but there’s no way I will allow them to continue this pattern.
You were not on Staff when a person registered a username account with a name similar to mine, used the same image as an avatar and impersonated me. She created a huge issue with Akismet for me as she was using my answers in a perverse way by posting them into threads that were not even on topic.
Consequently, all my answers even in threads where they were on topic became spam. As a result I was locked out. I could not login under either of my accounts and had to create another one just to report that person and the situation to Staff and get everything sorted out thread by thread. In the end that person was banned.
I never want to experience anything like that again and I won’t, if everyone will either learn how to properly attribute between quotes and use backlinks, or to create their own responses.

P.S. Note that pavanraheja and cothen and I have already sorted this and are working harmoniously together to deliver support.

Hi timethief – yikes, I know that was a huge headache for you and I agree and understand. Thank you for the back story. We appreciate all the work you do and the help you provide to us (staff) and our community of users :)
