  I changed my card details weeks ago but wordpress is still trying to charge my old credit card. What can be done?

  Hello @sprocketsullivan,
  Please make sure that your card details have been changed successfully from the manage purchases section.

  If isn’t changed then follow the instructions given in the link provided by @kunalkawale.

  If you already did all this and still facing the issue then you will need staff assistance. So what you can do is tag this question with the modlook tag on the Tags section of the sidebar, so that this thread gets the staff’s attention.

  Card details ARE changed but I receive emails with the old card details.
