Hi, I am trying to complete the annual payment online but this is not processing and seems frozen. Please could you give me urgent assistance as our site will not function properly I assume until payment is complete.

Hi there,
It appears that the last renewal payment on your site went through on 24 April, but was subsequently disputed. When this happens, all upgrades on the site are disabled until the dispute is resolved and the chargeback fee paid.
If you did not dispute the charge, it’s possible your bank might have pro-actively disputed it because someone else in the past disputed a payment to us. Please contact your bank/credit card company to cancel the dispute, and we’ll be able to reactivate your site and upgrades again once we’ve confirmed that the dispute has been withdrawn.
If it’s already too late to cancel the dispute, you’ll need to pay the chargeback fee to unlock your site, and then add a new Business Plan and domain mapping upgrade.

Thank you for your response – We need urgent help
We have followed the process to attempt to pay for the business plan and the chargebacks“When this happens, all upgrades on the site are disabled until the dispute is resolved and the chargeback fee paid.”
We have tried both Pay Pal and Bank Card with this message appearing “This upgrade not available for Jetpack site”
We are desperate to get this resolved by the end of today

Do you mean resend to the info@ address? I’ve done that.
Otherwise, if that address is no longer valid, please update the address in your account settings and I’ll send an email to the new one.

I’ve resent it to the updated address. Are you perhaps using G Suite (formerly Google Apps) for that email address? If so, please check the Social and Updates tabs in the inbox as well.
But let me also post what I emailed here, as there’s no confidential information involved.
I’ve removed the Business Plan from your cart on the checkout page. Can you please try paying only the Chargeback fee via this link:

If it goes through, then try adding the Business Plan again.
If either transaction fails again with that error message, let me know and I can send you an alternative link to make the payment and then I can manually restore your plan.
