  For premium, does it charge you $8/month or is it $8/month but you pay it all at once upfront?

  There are no monthly payment plans and no bulk deal upgrades. We are billed annually. Also note that purchase orders are not accepted. We must pay for all upgrades in full at the time of purchase.
