  • Hi Bill,

    I see you’ve already added a card to your stored billing details in your account settings. But the account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and doesn’t own any sites, even on our free plan. It looks like you haven’t accessed this account at all in over two years.

    For what upgrade, and on what site, are you trying to update your card? You’ll need to be logged in as the correct account that owns the upgrade in question to add a new card for renewals to that upgrade.
