  Hello, I am the new owner of this account. Our Credit card on file was expired. I added a new card as the payment method, but not sure how to actually pay. Want to set up to auto renew. Please help. Today is deadline for payment

  You’ll need to be an Administrator on the site to purchase plans for it.

  Currently, you’re only an Editor.

  One of the Administrators can promote you by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/#changing-user-roles

  Once that’s done, we can transfer the existing plan to you, but we will need to receive that request from the account listed as the owner of the site.

  Alternatively, they can transfer ownership of the site and plan to you by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
