  Hi. All WordPress.com plans are billed and paid yearly. They also auto-renew using the payment plan on file unless you opt-out of that option. There are no monthly billing plans available.

  Hi there,

  All the plans available on WordPress.com are charged yearly, the cheapest plan you can get to start with is Personal (which allows you to get free custom domain credit which you can use to register) and later you can upgrade to Premium or Business plan when you can afford to do it, but again all the plans are charged yearly basis.
