  I was hacked badly so my bank reversed all recent charges but the charge for word press was legit …you closed my site ..I want to talk to someone about this and make payment and also talk about changes to my account

  Hi there,

  Since you filed a dispute with your bank, there was a chargeback fee issued to your account.

  Can you please contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to cancel the dispute with this particular charge? If you’re able to do that and they haven’t refunded the charge yet, we’ll be able to remove the chargeback fee. However, if the chargeback has already been completed, i.e. your bank is refunding you, then you will need to pay the fee to unlock your site. Please let me know if you’re able to cancel the dispute with your bank.
