I am trying to replace an old website with new website. I already deleted that site, but the old username keeps coming up. Also, I am trying to pay for premium and it keeps getting declined. Is this because someone else set up the old site and added me as an admin? I would be happy to make a new account altogether, but I want to use the email address that was on the old site.

Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your credit card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com.

If you want to use an email address that is already associated with a WordPress.com account then log-in to that account and change the email address to another one. If you’re unable to access that account, then use the password reset form:

Looks like your old username is saved in your browser. To remove it clear your browser’s cache by following these instructions:
