  I am not able to make the payment when I upgrade my plan please help

  Hi mohdekhlaqkhan,

  The error I am seeing indicates the payment to WordPress.com was blocked by your bank or card provider, so I recommend contacting them for more information about why this happened. Please also ask them to check whether your card supports international payments as this isn’t always enabled by default.
