  Hi there,

  You’ve updated your card details they are immediately updated on WordPress.com servers.

  You can also check by visiting your purchases page.
  when you’re on the purchases page select the site and then Payment method.

  Please check our support document here for more information on updating card details.

  I am also, tagging modlook so someone from Staff can check if your payment method is updated or not.

  Hi Polly,

  The account you are currently logged in to hasn’t purchased any upgrades, so it looks like you may have another. Can you send a link to the site you need to update the credit card details for?
