  I am unable to do payment for premier version.

  Can you please tell us what error message you’re able to see while making payment?

  All major Debit & Credit cards are accepted at WordPress.com, you also have the option to pay via PayPal.   Just to add more on this, if your transaction is getting failed to try to contact your Card’s Bank for more information about the declined transaction and some banks require you to contact them to activate the card for international transactions.
