hello.
Last year I used my friend’s credit card to pay for subscription. In india we don’t have much credit card culture and we mostly pay by debit card and that’s why I had to use my friend’s credit card to pay you.
I didn’t know that you guys save credit card details. No company in india does that. You guys auto deducted balance from his credit card. In India, we get atleast OTP (one time password) before payment, but you didn’t even ask that. you deducted money without my prior knowledge from his credit card.I and my friend didn’t even know about this and thus he didn’t know what was this payment about. He filed a complaint about this to the bank. I got mail from you today regarding this that payment has failed and 20$ fine something.
Now my question is, why did you save the credit card details and auto paid? I didn’t ask you for auto renewal. If you wanted to auto renew, you must have sent OTP( one time password) to the phone no registered. But NO..! you deducted without any information.
Now due to this act of yours, what happens if police visits me? I will sue your company if anything like that happens. or settle this fast.
