  I was sent a mail saying I would shortly be charged $99.00 for a premium service that I paid for last year but did not know enough about to actually utilise. I want to opt out of paying this and another $13 (I am not sure what for). How do I do this?

  Hi there,

  You currently have Auto Renew enabled for your WordPress.com Premium upgrade. If you want to opt out of the auto renewal, you can manage your upgrades under Store > My Upgrades on your dashboard here:

  You can click “Disable Auto Renew” on that page, and your upgrade will not be renewed automatically. You can then choose to manually renew the upgrade or let it expire.
