  can i make a website and when finishe pay for the year subscription , or even can i pay month by month for it? The reason i want this is because i dont know that i can make the website i want using your services or the total cost using the plug in i need

  Hi,

  Of course you can make your blog or website for free without the use of any WordPress plugin. However, if you would like to use a WordPress plugin, you will need to upgrade your site to a business plan.

  You can definitely create a site for free before signing up for a paid plan. You won’t be able to play around with plugins, though, until you actually have a Business Plan. https://wordpress.com/pricing/ gives information about the pricing for the various plans — plans are payable annually (or every two years); there is no monthly payment option available.

  If you want to be able to play around with plugins before you sign up for a paid plan, you can create a temporary WordPress site with plugin support at a site like https://jurassic.ninja/. (Note: Sites created there self-destruct seven days after last login so you wouldn’t want to create your content there — just in case you forget about it for a week and lose it all — but it’s a good place to play around with plugins and whatnot to see if you would need to upgrade to a WordPress.com business plan to get the look and functionality you want.)
