  All upgrade plans available on WordPress.com can be purchased via My Site ->Plans.

  We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal in countries where it’s supported, and a number of local payment processors in different countries – which one you’ll see will depend on your location.

  However, we do not issue invoices in lieu of payment. You will only receive a receipt once you have finished paying for an upgrade.
