Payment

    Hello,

    I submitted a concern earlier today and nothing has happened regarding it. I have been charged 34.00 by WordPress this week and as far as I am aware I do not have a payment plan with you. My concern is that I am still being charged for past WP sites that have since been cancelled and deleted. Can you please look into billing history under my name.

    I’m happy to look at this for you. Can you tell me which site is mentioned in the emailed receipt that we sent out for that 34$ charge?

    We need to find the right account. It seems you must have more than one. The account you’re using to contact us with here does not have any charges or upgrade associated.
