  No monthly payment is allowed here. WordPress.com plans are being billed yearly.

  Hi there, all plan payments are billed yearly or every two years and are paid in advance. There is no option to buy a plan for one month, however if you canel a paid plan within 30 days, you can receive a full refund. Bare in mind that you only have 48 hours to cancel a custom domain and receive a full refund too.
