  Hi there,

  I’ve never given my details on WordPress and have only used it for free. However this morning I have been charged £36 from WordPress, can this be reversed as I have never put my bank details on the site.

  Are you sure you never entered any credit card info? Without bank details how will they refund you. Is your site midtablemagic.wordpress.com ? It is devoid of content but it does appear to have a different username account to the one you are using now.

  Noting too, you can always look up a mystery charge using the secure form at wpchrg.com — it will tell you what site the charge was for and give you a way to reach out.
