  Hi, I received an email that states a payment on this website which I never agreed, it’s about 50 euros. I’m doing the plan free program so, what is this sort of payment that I never made??

  I’m happy to look in to this. There aren’t any charges or upgrades associated with the account that you’re using here though.

  Did you see the emailed receipt notification from us? That email will mention which site is connected to the charge. Please share that site with me here so we can find the account in question.
