  Hi, I thought I chose the 12-month plan but somehow I got charged for the 36-month plan. How can I go back to the 12-month plan?

  Hi –

  I don’t think this charge was from WordPress.com. Our plans are offered on an annual or bi-annual basis, and we don’t have a 36 month option.
