Hi @black713 ,
WordPress.com has recently added a new feature, Simple Payments, for sites with the Premium or Business plans. Have you checked that out?
Simple PaymentsThere is a way to receive payment, even without those plans, too. Check out the following support page explaining how to set up a payment method using PayPal.

Thanks for your reply. What I concern is that whether they are able to accept payment shorter period rather than annually.

Thanks for getting back, @black713
Sorry for misunderstanding your question. And thank you for clarifying.
WordPress.com only provides yearly plans for all of their services. If you’re looking at starting out with one of their services, they provide a 30-day refund period, though, which gives you a month to try out their service and see if it is a good fit for you. (The only service which has a different refund period is for domain registrations. That is 48 hours. You can find more detail here: Refunds)
With every paid WordPress.com plan, you also have access to live chat support. If you sign up for a plan, staff can individually help you out with any questions you may have in that first month and help you decide whether to continue with the paid plan, too.
I hope that helps!
