When I was trying to upgrade to premium, I played the fee of $48 in November. It said I had a credit and I should continue setting it up. Then it took me to the payment again and charged my account again in December. I disputed the 2nd payment. Now I’m being told I can’t use the site or post anything.

I’ll run through what I can see on this account:
- You purchased a Personal plan for akfinch47.wordpress.com.
- You then upgraded from Personal to Premium and paid the difference between the two plans.
- You later disputed the Premium plan payment.
I disputed the 2nd payment. Now I’m being told I can’t use the site or post anything.
When the payment was disputed, PayPal issued a chargeback against us. When this happens, all upgrades on your account are removed and the site is locked until you pay a chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback — it looks like the chargeback is no longer active though.
With that in mind, are you looking to received a refund or would you like to continue using the plan and custom domain?
Just let me know and we can go from there.
