    Hi nikitamondal,

    I’ve checked your account and the error I’m seeing indicates the payment was blocked by your bank or card provider, so please contact them for more information.

    It would also be worth asking them to check whether your card supports international payments as this feature isn’t always enabled by default.

    If you want to try upgrading after speaking to them, I’ll be happy to check everything looks good from our side afterwards.
